Laura Bell, Legal

Laura Bell has been with the firm since its inception.
She was born in Florida, but has lived in North Carolina, California,
Texas, Missouri,
North Carolina, and has traveled to Europe,
Asia, the Middle East, Central America, Canada and Japan. Her legal experience
includes probate (decedent's estates, conservatorships, and guardianships),
bankruptcy, corporations, landlord/tenant, and debt collections. In Western North Carolina, she has worked for a local real
estate attorney and a prominent estate planning and administration attorney
before joining our firm.

Missy Bell
has been with our office since the spring of 2008. She had been with our office a few years ago,
and has returned as our receptionist, and is learning the real estate side, in
helping Derek and Linda.
Linda Correal,
Legal Assistant for Real Estate Closings, linda@wenzellawfirm.com
Linda Correal has over 25 years of real estate experience,
both as a real estate broker and as a paralegal. She began both her
paralegal and real estate professions in Florida,
where she was also an owner of a real estate company in Orlando. On the legal side, she also
has experience in personal injury, wills, foreclosures, litigation and all
other areas of a general practice law firm. She moved to North Carolina in 1990
to continue her career as a paralegal. She also is an independent
real estate broker. Her many years of experience enable
her to work on the various aspects of real estate closings and understands the
needs of our clients, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
Elisabeth Rich,
Legal Assistant for Estates, Wills & Trusts, elisabeth@wenzellawfirm.com
Elisabeth Rich joined us in January 2006. She has lived
in North Carolina
all her life. She graduated from Tuscola
High School in 1992 and Haywood Community College in 1994 with an
Associates Degree in Science.
Tracy Wells,
Bookkeeper/Office Manager, tracy@wenzellawfirm.com
Tracy Wells is back with our office as of October
2008. She is the firm's bookkeeper and office manager. She is also helping with bankruptcies as a
legal assistant. Tracy
worked with us a few years ago, doing post-closing work as a legal assistant.
