For sellers of property, Wenzel & Wenzel prepares the necessary documents including the deed, a lien waiver, a 1099, and a HUD Settlement Statement. We also handle paying off and canceling any mortgages on the property. Then, our office works to insure that the closing goes smoothly and that the proceeds are delivered to you as quickly as possible.
